1. General Provisions

3. Account Registration and Management

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods on bef365 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500; while depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Some games contribute more toward meeting the wagering requirement and some contribute less. Contact support for more details.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable.
• bef365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without reason.
• If you attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• A specific promotion may have its own terms, which will apply alongside these general terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bef365 holds the exclusive right to accept or cancel any bet. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be declared void and cancelled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned but no winnings will be paid.

6.2 Unfair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing automated bets using a betting system or software.
• Using advance knowledge of the outcome of a match or event to place a bet.
• Using multiple accounts to conduct bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or software.

6.3 Service Disruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance or external causes. bef365 will not be held liable in such situations, but a fair decision will be made regarding any affected bets.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Closure and Suspension

• Suspicion that an account is being operated on behalf of a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed, after which any remaining funds may be withdrawn.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
